SPRING RECIPES

I always change my style of dishes when the spring hits! Many of you asked for the receipe for the salads that I posted last week!
Before I share last weeks yummy salads give this simple, gluten-free, delicious yummy soup a try. Serve a tuna melt with it and top with fresh tomato and of course avacado! Even the colors match the soup box! I altered the soup a tad by adding fresh cilantro and this weekly meal is a keeper!

PESTO CUCUMBER SALAD AND SESEME ASIAN GINGER SALAD

I always eat more salads in the summer and i love to have containers packed with easy and refreshing meals.

CUCUMBER PESTO
Yummy, fresh, light and auper healthy!
2 cucmbers sliced
 Handful of grape Tomatoes
Pesto
toss it all together and let chill
easy peasy friends!

ASIAN CHOPPED SALAD
start with this kit
Purchase Taylor Farms salad kit from Costco! Best thing to always have. I usually purchase two for the week.
The kit has savory green cabbage, carrots, celery, and green onions all finished with almonds, crisp wonton noodles and tangy yet sesame ginger dressing, you'll think you're at your favorite Asian restaurant.
I like to add feesh strawberrys on top!
This is also good inside any sandwhich wraps or on top of triscuts!

Enjoy friends,
